Associate Program.

River City Bank’s full-time associate program is for college graduates who want to launch a career in commercial banking. As a River City Bank associate, you will receive specialized training and hands-on mentorship from experienced commercial banking leaders in preparation for a career with growth opportunities that can take you in various directions. You will develop your skills through in-depth exposure to numerous industries and gain an understanding of business banking.

Associate Positions at River City Bank

Commercial Banking Associate – Receive specialized credit training and develop the skills of a Credit Analyst. Develop your business acumen as you learn about the business of commercial lending.

Cash Management Associate – Provide a full range of professional, technical and general support to the Bank’s business banking clients.

Premier Banking Associate – Support the Premier Banking Team in providing concierge service to the Bank’s high-net worth, VIP, client/business relationships.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) with coursework in economics, finance, accounting or related degree from an accredited college.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of at least 3.5.
  • Computer literacy in word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including good presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
